Easy 45-Day Returns

You can return your goods to us using the returns form included within your parcel.

You can either use your own postage or our preferred way is for you to return the items via Pavers International. This will cost $8.

Exchanges

To exchange your goods, please order your replacement pair on our website and send your original items back for a refund.

We are unable to exchange items sent back to our warehouse.
