Pavers Foundation
We established The Pavers Foundation in 2018, an employee-led charitable initiative dedicated in making a meaningful impact to communities throughout the UK.
The Pavers Foundation supports two national charities every year, initiated by a select committee, a range of charities are appointed for nomination amongst Pavers employees. Also, we welcome applications from all our colleagues, pledging to promote healthcare and well-being, supporting education initiatives and enhancing community projects.
Through the Foundation, the amount pledged to good causes by Pavers has risen to £2.5m. The business gives 2% of net profit each year, to ensure the Pavers Foundation continues to make effective and positive changes in local communities throughout the UK.
The Foundation and our colleagues have already helped a range of charities and causes large and small throughout the UK. We actively encourage every single colleague from Pavers to apply for a grant application through the Pavers Foundation for causes relating to healthcare, education and community - big or small, nationwide or independent. Starting from a donation of £500 for a community project in Shrewsbury, England, that creates and delivers Christmas gift boxes for the elderly community, to donating £65,000 to Dementia UK, which will help to fund the salary of one full-time Helpline Admiral nurse, and one part time.
